The menu of Quello che c’è c’è Restaurant celebrates the authentic flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, offering a variety that enhances the fresh ingredients of Favignana island. From traditional appetizers to raw seafood, handmade pasta, seafood and meat main courses, and typical Sicilian desserts, each dish is designed to highlight taste and seasonality.
Among our most popular dishes: seafood carbonara spaghetti, seared bluefin tuna with pistachio pesto, the “Quello che c’è c’è” raw selection, and the classic Sicilian cannolo with fresh ricotta. All preparations depend on the daily availability of local fish and vegetables.
